Life is good
Rich and I are now living aboard our 34 'Searay Expresss cruiser at the Ortega Yacht Club Marina on Dock C slip 81. We have made some amazing friends and met some fantastic people. The one who melts my heart the most is a six year old girl named Sami. Sami lives aboard a 40' sailboat " Clementine" with her parents Stuart and Kylie. They are from Australia. Than their is Myron and Dena, Debbie and Richard, Steve and Carol, Penny and Alan, Nicole and RJ, Vinny, Kenny, Paul and the list goes on and on.
Paul the dockmaster has made some amazing changes to this marina. I think the best thing he has done is host a once a month fellowship meal. It is held the second Saturday of the month and Paul supplies all the meat and everyone brings a dish of their own chosing. Everyone really looks forward to it each month.
